I write about the most interesting edges of culture, politics and music for GQ Magazine, The Economist, The Fence, The Wire, Pitchfork and Resident Advisor. Past stories I’ve covered span parties in war zones, underground nuclear waste vaults, doomsday preppers, a sword-carrying Scottish funk singer and an alt-right taxi driving poet. I’m also the Copy Lead at the Royal Academy.
